We teach traditional Hatha Yoga and make no claim to be the inventors of the newest, latest, fastest style of yoga. Yoga is nothing new - it's been around for at least five thousand years and we honour that tradition by teaching a structured class that includes Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath control) and relaxation. At Yoga Now you are not just another number at the yoga factory. We keep our classes deliberately small (less than 8 people) to make sure that you receive individual personal attention. We also offer regular yoga retreats in Langkawi, Malaysia.
