Offering on-going, year-round, multi-level classes at three locations. The classes are led, and especially designed to teach anyone, regardless of age, ability, or physical condition, the Postures, Breathing, Relaxation, and the Meditation techniques of Kripalu Yoga. There is no commitment necessary. Class fees range from $7- 12.50 depending on commitment and frequency of attendance. Also offering 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (yoga alliance approved). CE credits for yoga teachers. Offering workshops, retreats and trainings year round.
