Pathways To Wellness offers classes morning, evenings and weekends for all level students. We are one of only 17 schools in Texas to offer teachers training for Yoga Alliance Registry at both 200 and 500 hour levels. Our style is from the Solar line of Yoga and has been developed with Psycho-physicals, Asanas, Jnana Yoga, Guided relaxation, Pranyama and full yoga breathing, yoga flow, classical Hatha Yoga poses and more. Holistic Natural Health Center offering individual health and wellness counseling. Meditation classes and workshops on a variety of topics monthly.
